About Me
I’m an artist based in Sydney specializing in original artwork, prints and greeting cards of Australian native birds and animals. Inspiration often starts on bird-watching and camping trips around Australia to observe wildlife in its natural habitat. I bring the ideas home to my studio where I create the original artwork and prints. My original wildlife art is created with either Faber-Castell polychromos pencils or Rembrandt Watercolour and Schmincke Horadam Gouache paints. All my fine-art prints are made from my home studio.
From striking Gang-gang Cockatoos to cute kangaroo joeys and delicate Australian Emerald Dragonflies, I’m in awe of the beauty and diversity of Australia’s fauna and flora, and always the lookout for new subjects!
I have been featured on the Australia Post website where you can read more about my work: www.stories.auspost.com.au/online-shopping/wildlife-artist-draws-inspiration-australias-colourful-birdlife

About The Prints
My Australian wildlife fine art prints are made using Canson Edition Etching Rag paper, which is an acid free 100% cotton fine-art paper. This paper is made without any Optical Brightening Agents, (these are artificial brighteners that deteriorate in time and shorten the longevity of prints). Being museum-grade, this archival paper meets the requirements of galleries and museums for art conservation.
As my fine art prints are produced entirely in-house, I’m able to compare them with my original drawings at each stage of the printing process to ensure they are as close to the original as possible. This cuts down on production costs meaning I can provide outstanding quality giclee prints to my customers at reasonable prices.
Caring For Your Prints
If storing prints long-term before framing, remove them from their packaging and keep away from dust, UV light and humidity in archival boxes with interleaving acid free sheets.
To prolong the life of your framed prints, it’s recommended to have them professionally framed behind UV protective glass with acid free backing board and mount, and kept away from humidity and direct sunlight.
